All Plain Jane Creations and other handmade primitives on our site are made to order unless otherwise specified in description. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all of our handmade items to be made just for you. If ordering an “in-stock” item, your item will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after payment in full is received.

All orders must be paid in full before we can start making your handmade items for you or ship out any orders. Please note that the handmade items will vary slightly than item shown in pictures (i.e. exact color/exact shape.) We will match the product as closely as possible.

Your shipping will be added at time of checkout. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.  If you would like insurance on your order please e-mail us and we can add it.

I accept all major credit cards via PayPal, check or money order.

Payment must be received within 7 days of sale.

To mail your check or money order please email us for our address to send payment.

All checks must clear our bank before an item can be made and/or sent. This usually takes 7-10 days.

Sales tax applies to Minnesota State residents only at 6.5%.

All NSF or Stop Payments on checks will incur a $30.00 charge

Returns and Exchanges: Exchanges are welcomed only after approval by Plain Jane Primitives and must be within 10 days of receipt of goods. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges to return merchandise. Shipping insurance must be purchased by the buyer when returning items.

We do not permit returns on made to order items
